Must be available mornings, afternoons and evenings. Must be able to work
weekdays, weekends and holidays. Must have reliable transportation and an
excellent work record. References will be checked.
- Job Description:
- Reports directly to Head Chef.
- Prepare sauces, soups, and garnishes necessary for the day’s food service.
- Prepare, cook, portion, and plate items for meals.
- Assist in checking in all orders received, included on each order received,
date received, weight (meat), received by whom, and attaching the purchase order
to the packing slip.
- Prepare food according to the recipe card to assure consistency.
- Expected to cross train in all kitchen positions.
- Perform opening tasks, interim tasks, and closing tasks per procedure.
- Perform other tasks required.

- Prepare all drinks: blended, mixed, and dessert.
- Must have an A+ personality.
- Must keep a clean work area, keep bar stocked, and functional
- Pour dinks in accordance with club requirements. Correct size pours.
- Assist wait staff in dining area. Waiter or waitresses background a plus.
- Perform opening tasks, interim tasks, and closing tasks per procedure.
- Perform other tasks required.
