  • Chicken Kiev - Chicken breast stuffed with rice and topped with a seasonal butter sauce. $55.00 per person.
  • Filet Mignon - An - 8 oz. portion char-grilled served with a port wine sauce. $60.00 per person.
  • Herb Crusted Chicken - A boneless breast of herb crusted chicken served with a cream sauce. $55.00 per person.
  • Mixed Grill - A wonderful combination of filet mignon, chicken, and three jumbo grilled shrimp served with a red bell pepper sauce. $65.00 per person.
  • Prime Rib Au Jus - 10 oz. tender portion served with rosemary au jus. $57.00 per person.
  • Seared Salmon - Fresh Atlantic salmon grilled or pan - seared with your choice of sauce (caramelized, teriyaki, or dill sauce). $55.00 per person.

    • Premium open bar includes Miller Lite and MGD Draft Beers, Absolut Vodka, Bacardi, Beefeaters, Canadian Club, J & B, Jim Beam, Seagram’s 7, Bailey’s, Captain Morgan, Jose Cuervo, Dewar’s, Seagram’s VO, Jack Daniels, Kahlua, Southern Comfort, House Wines and Champagne by the glass, Juice, and Sodas.
      * Top shelf items Liqueurs, Cordials & Cognacs are excluded.
  • Top Shelf Open Bar:
    • This bar includes all items in the premium package plus Top Shelf Mixed Drinks, After Dinner Liqueurs, Cordials and Cognacs also included *Some Liqueurs, Cordials, and Cognacs are excluded.
  • House Liquor, Beer, Wine & Soda Bar:
    • All House Brand Liquor. Beer included is Imported and Domestic. Wine is House selected Juice, Soda.
  • Soda Bar:
    • This bar includes your choice of sodas and juices available from our fountain.
  • Punch - One gallon has approximately 40 glasses
    • Mimosa or Tropical $65.00 per gallon.
    • Dreamsicle $65.00 per gallon.
    • Non-Alcoholic Punch $55.00 per gallon.

  • Children Meal’s
    • $14.90, per child
  • Wedding Ceremonies
    • $500 ceremony site plus cost of chair rental.
  • Parking Arrangements
    • Complimentary Parking for all of your guests. Valet Service can be made available.
  • Coat Check
    • When weather conditions dictate, a coat check can be made available to your guests for a charge of $75.00.
  • Extension of Bar Service
    • An additional hour may be added to your package for $4.00 per person. A customized bar package can be created to personalize your wishes.
  • Dress Code
    • Jeans are not accepted at any time.
  • Service Charge and Tax
    • An applicable 20% gratuity charge and 9% tax will be added to all food and beverage items.
  • Other Enhancements
    • Our catering professional will be happy to assist your wishes with additional enhancements to compliment your reception; prices will be quoted on an individual basis.
