Calumet Country Club is the perfect choice for all your special events. Exceptional cuisine, superior service and luxurious surroundings will set your event apart from all others.

Our beautiful ballroom which can accommodate up to 225 people, offers a breathtaking view of the golf course, beautiful at any time of the year. Our catering staff will be with you every step of the way, ensuring that all your expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

  • Room Rental Fees & Minimums
    • All rooms carry a room revenue minimum. Revenue minimums are based on the food and beverage amount purchased and vary depending on the date and time of your event. Please check with the Catering manager regarding these minimums.
  • Cancellations
    • In the event of cancellation, Calumet CC will retain all deposits and pre-payments.
  • Guarantees
    • The final cost is based on the original count given to Calumet CC three days prior to your event or the actual number of guest in attendance whichever number is greater. A minimum count is due to Calumet CC ten days prior to your event with a final count given three days prior to your scheduled event. Menu details are due fourteen days in advance, Calumet CC function sheet is an addendum to the contract.
  • Deposits
    • All deposits are non-refundable. Every event requires a deposit and must be turned in with a signed contract. Each deposit is determined by the revenue minimum for the room you are contracting. Deposits can be paid by: member charge, cash, or personal check.
  • Pricing
    • All prices are subject to change without notice and prices do not include 7.75% sales tax or 20% gratuity.
  • Dress Code
    • Jeans are not acceptable at any time.
