Room Rental Fees & Minimums
All rooms carry a room revenue minimum. Revenue minimums are based on the
food and beverage amount purchased and vary depending on the date and time of
your event. Please check with the Catering manager regarding these minimums.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, Calumet CC will retain all deposits and
pre-payments.
Guarantees
The final cost is based on the original count given to Calumet CC three days
prior to your event or the actual number of guest in attendance whichever number
is greater. A minimum count is due to Calumet CC ten days prior to your event
with a final count given three days prior to your scheduled event. Menu details
are due fourteen days in advance, Calumet CC function sheet is an addendum to
the contract.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Every event requires a deposit and must be
turned in with a signed contract. Each deposit is determined by the revenue
minimum for the room you are contracting. Deposits can be paid by: member
charge, cash, or personal check.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice and prices do not include
7.75% sales tax or 20% gratuity.
Dress Code
Jeans are not acceptable at any time.
